3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on MOBDEAL.EU does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation for customers to place an order.

By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

A contract is concluded when NeoTronik SARL confirms the order by email or dispatches the ordered goods.

We aim to confirm orders within two (2) business days.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on MOBDEAL.EU are shown in Euro (EUR €).

Where applicable, prices include VAT in accordance with European Union regulations.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout before the order is submitted.

5. Payment Method

Bank Transfer (SEPA)

MOBDEAL.EU currently accepts payment exclusively via bank transfer.

After placing an order, customers receive payment instructions and/or an invoice containing the required payment details.

Customers must include the order number in the payment reference.

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

Any bank charges associated with the transfer remain the responsibility of the customer.

NeoTronik SARL reserves the right to introduce additional payment methods in the future.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available to countries displayed during checkout.

Estimated delivery times are shown on product pages and during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, warehouse location, logistics providers, and destination country.

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage transfers upon delivery of the goods.

7. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of NeoTronik SARL until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods.

Detailed return instructions will be provided after the withdrawal request has been received.

Returned goods should be returned complete and in a condition suitable for resale, except where necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Customers benefit from statutory consumer rights and legal guarantees provided under applicable French and European Union law.
