1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may cancel an order at any time before it has been handed over to the logistics provider for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, customers may still exercise their statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with this policy.
