Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to:

You may use a standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery.

Additional costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by the customer that is more expensive than our standard delivery option will not be reimbursed.

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after:

we receive the returned goods; or
you provide evidence that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Return of Goods

Returned goods should be sent back without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of the withdrawal.

The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the fourteen-day period expires.

Return Costs

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of Returned Goods

Customers are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
