1. Order Cancellation
Cancellation Before Shipment
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been handed over to the courier. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but the product may still be returned in accordance with our return policy.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please send an email to info@mobdeal.eu including the following details:
- Full name
- Invoice number
- Payment method
- Reason for cancellation
Once your request is received, we will confirm the cancellation and, if payment has already been made, initiate the refund process.
2. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
Free Returns
All return shipping costs within the 14-day withdrawal period are fully covered by Mobdeal.eu.
Return Process
- Send an email to info@mobdeal.eu with your full name, invoice number, payment method, and reason for return (optional).
- We will provide you with the nearest warehouse address or a prepaid return label.
- Pack the item securely, include a copy of your invoice, and ship it to the designated warehouse.
- Send us the tracking number of your return shipment.
- Once received, the product will be inspected within 2 business days.
3. Refunds
- Full refunds are processed through the same payment method originally used.
- Processing time: inspection takes up to 2 business days; the money transfer itself may take 2–10 business days depending on your bank or payment system.
Partial Refunds
If the item is returned damaged, incomplete, or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and functioning, a partial refund may be issued.
