1. Order Cancellation
Before shipment:
You may cancel your order any time before it has been handed to the courier.
After shipment:
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still return the product according to our return policy.
How to cancel:
Please email info@mobdeal.eu and include:
Full name
Invoice number
Payment method
(Optional) Reason for cancellation
Once we receive your request, we will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund if payment has already been made.
2. Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
Free Returns
Mobdeal.eu covers all return shipping costs within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Customers do not pay for the courier – we provide a prepaid return label.
Return Process
Send an email to info@mobdeal.eu with your name, invoice number, and (optional) reason for return.
We will send a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Print and attach the label to the parcel, then hand it to the courier.
Once received, your item will be inspected within 2 business days, and the refund will be processed using the same payment method.

Returns are directed to the nearest available warehouse. Mobdeal.eu provides all necessary return instructions and a prepaid label.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
Mobdeal.eu may withhold the refund until the goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.
If an item is returned damaged or excessively used, a partial refund may apply.
