Account & Registration – Learn how to place orders as a guest or with an account, reset your password, and understand the benefits of registering.
Orders – Step-by-step guide to placing an order, checking product availability, and what to do if you want to change or cancel an order.
Payments – Information about accepted payment methods (PayPal, credit/debit cards via Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer with a 3% discount). All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption and PCI DSS compliance.
Delivery – Shipping across the EU (except Cyprus), free delivery for orders over €500, flat rate €9.99 under €500, estimated delivery time 7–10 business days (5–17 depending on the warehouse). Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Returns & Withdrawal – You have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase. Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories. Return instructions and addresses are provided upon request.
Warranty – All products are 100% new and original with manufacturer’s warranty (24 months for consumers, 12 months for businesses). Your invoice serves as the warranty certificate. Repairs are carried out only by authorized service centers.
