Ordering

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
A: No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders and view history.

Q: How can I check if a product is in stock?
A: If a product is available for purchase, it is in stock. You’ll see an “Add to Cart” button on the product page.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Contact us as soon as possible at support@mobdeal.eu. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it.

Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards via Stripe, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Q: Is my payment secure?
A: Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed via trusted gateways. We do not store your card data.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship across the European Union, except Cyprus.

Q: What are the shipping costs?
A:

  • Orders over €500 – Free shipping

  • Orders under €500 – Flat €9.99
    Delivery time: 5–17 business days

Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes, tracking details are sent by email (or WhatsApp if requested) once your order is shipped.

Returns & Warranty

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes, you have 14 days to return a product after delivery. It must be unused and in original condition. Contact us at support@mobdeal.eu.

Q: Are your products under warranty?
A: Yes. All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty and, where applicable, a manufacturer’s warranty.

A: Yes. We sell only 100% new, original products from trusted brands and suppliers.
