Right of Withdrawal Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at info@mobdeal.eu by means of a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the withdrawal form template, but this is not obligatory.

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Return costs:
Unless otherwise agreed, you shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
