Right of Withdrawal Policy

1. Your Right to Withdraw
As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

In your message, clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may (but are not required to) use the standard EU withdrawal form.

3. Conditions for Withdrawal
To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and any promotional items must be returned

  • The product must not show signs of wear or misuse

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

4. Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return (whichever is earlier).

Shipping costs (if any) will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
You cannot withdraw from a contract in the following cases:

  • Goods that are customized or made to your specifications

  • Sealed products that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (e.g., personal care items)

  • Digital products or downloadable software once the download has begun
