Warranty Policy

At Mobdeal.eu we sell only original manufacturer products. Your invoice serves as the official warranty certificate, valid at the manufacturer's authorized service centers in your country. This ensures that all warranty repairs are carried out by official partners using genuine spare parts.

Standard Warranty

  • Consumers (individuals): 24 months
  • Business customers (legal entities): 12 months

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, technical malfunctions, and material flaws. The warranty period begins from the delivery date.

What Is Covered?

✔ Defects in materials and workmanship
✔ Technical malfunctions (e.g., faulty screen, battery, or hardware)
✔ Repairs or replacement in case of a covered defect

What Is Not Covered?

❌ Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or aging (e.g., scratches, dents)
❌ Accidental damage (e.g., drops, water damage)
❌ Unauthorized repairs or tampering
❌ Software problems or user-installed apps
❌ Batteries beyond the manufacturer's expected lifespan

Warranty Services

🔧 Repair: Certified technicians repair the product with original parts.
🔄 Replacement: If repair is not possible, the item will be replaced with the same or a comparable model.
💰 Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, a full or partial refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs

The customer covers shipping costs for warranty service. The customer can either:

  • send the product at their own expense, or
  • personally deliver it to the nearest authorized service center (address provided by us).

How to Claim Warranty

  1. Send an email to info@mobdeal.eu with a description of the defect and photos.
  2. We will evaluate your case and provide the address of the nearest authorized service center.
  3. Once inspected, if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, repair, replacement, or refund will follow.

Exceptions

Some products, such as refurbished or pre-owned items, may have different warranty terms:
🔹 Refurbished items are covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Authorized Repairs

Warranty service is only valid if carried out by authorized manufacturer service centers.
👉 Any repairs performed by unauthorized centers will void the warranty.
